Can u add some detail? does it stay white permanently? wat internet browser do u use?
Anyway, some games are have a white screen at the start becoz they're laoding the loading screen and stuff. you just hav to wait until it appears. i wait for like 5 to 10 mins usually doing something else while i wait out that time.
If it still doesnt appear in like 30 mins you might wanna check if you have java scripts enabled and you have the latest adobe flash player. if u need to know how to enable them go to this website:

if u use a different browser, just check all the tabs (File, Edit, View etc.)
If it still doesnt work i'd refresh the page and clear the internet cache (cant explain every browser here. just search on google)
